It is important that you are happy with your purchase. You can return your purchase if it does not meet your needs. Returns should be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. If your purchase is properly returned in good order, we refund the purchase price directly.
How can I return?
- Consult our conditions of return to see if we are able to accept your return (our conditions outline what determines a faulty product or product that is unfit for purpose)
- Fill in the return form.
- After completing the return form, you can immediately order a package for shipment.
- Returns can be sent via the post office. Please note JJFW do not cover the cost of returns. The cost of return varies by region
How can I exchange?
If your purchase is not the correct size and you would to exchange it for another item or size follow the order process to see if the item you require is still in stock in the desired colour or size.
You will be charged for the replacement item but will be refunded directly for the returned items once received by our returns department.
To return the item you want to be exchanged follow the instructions above.
- Make sure the product is returned in the in exactly the same condition as it was received, undamaged and in the original packaging. Unless faulty, worn, damaged or repaired items are not accepted and returned to your address
- JJ Footwear does not cover the cost returns. Should there be any cause for dispute over returns please retain proof of postage. Your products cannot be returned COD.
- If a product is not returned to us with 14 days from the date of receipt of notification, JJ Footwear assumes products meet with your satisfaction. Returns must be recored by our returned team within 15 working days of receipt. JJ Footwear has the right to refuse products that are later than the above period will be returned.
- JJ Footwear brings shipping costs if an order is accepted or not collected at the pickup location.
